Linking Research

About

I am Daniel Garijo, a Ph.D. researcher in the Information Sciences Institute at the University of Southern California. I also collaborate with the Ontology Engineering Group at the Artificial Intelligence Department of the Computer Science Faculty of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

My research activities focus on e-Science and the Semantic Web, specifically on how to increase the understandability of scientific workflows using provenance, metadata, intermediate results and Linked Data.

My objective with this blog is to give an insight of the different activities or events in which our group participates, why I consider them useful and how could they be related to other existing approaches (in an informal way). You can browse my personal page here.
